Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only in cases where the product is defective or not as described.

Eligibility: Services can be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled service date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
