At The RED Event, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket purchases, delivery, and entry to the event. By purchasing a ticket to our event, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Ticket Purchase

Methods of Purchase: Tickets for The RED Event can be purchased through our official website, authorized ticket sellers, or at the venue box office.

Confirmation: Upon purchasing a ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details and a receipt. Please ensure that the email address provided during the purchase is accurate.

3. Ticket Delivery

3.1 Digital Tickets

Delivery: Digital tickets will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. You should receive your digital ticket within a few minutes after completing the purchase.

Access: Digital tickets can be accessed via a link in the confirmation email. You may print the ticket or present it on your mobile device at the event entrance.
3.2 Physical Tickets

Delivery Options: Physical tickets can be mailed to the address provided during purchase or picked up at the venue box office.

Shipping: If you choose to have your tickets mailed, please allow 7 business days for delivery. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Pickup: For pickup, please bring a valid ID and your purchase confirmation email to the Nova 535 on the day of event.

4. Entry to the Event

Verification: At the event entrance, your ticket will be scanned for verification. Please have your ticket and a valid ID ready for inspection.

Re-entry: Re-entry policies vary by event. Please check the specific event details for information on whether re-entry is permitted.

5. Cancellations and Postponements

Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Eligibility: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of event cancellation or postponement as described above.
